In doing so, we looked for the most optimal combination based on a number of important variables: time, risk avoidance, convenience, quality and sustainability. Time gain thanks to quick curing

The first priority in developing our bridge deck systems was a short curing time. By keeping this as short as possible, bridges and viaducts can be delivered more quickly. The fast curing allows one to apply two layers within one day.

 Risk avoidance thanks to moisture resistance

Lowering the delay sensitivity of bridge construction and renovation products was also a priority when developing our systems. Our bridge deck systems are suitable for installation on damp concrete. This allows a project to continue under conditions that would be unfavourable for traditional systems.

One product for any base

Whether you’re dealing with a wooden, concrete or steel base, you can use the same product for any base. Processors therefore only need to stock one product, and we make sure these are always stocked.

Guaranteed quality

The EPI wear layers are Kiwa-certified in the highest traffic classes; even on steel and damp concrete. This always allows you to comply with the strict requirements of the Department of Waterways and Public Works and even RTD 1015.

Sustainability

EPI Industrial products are better for humans and the environment. Unlike classic epoxy materials, our products do not contain any Mannich base hardeners.

Traffic floors

The fast curing of our traffic floors makes it possible to neatly and quickly deliver a bridge deck, cycle path, slope track or parking garage. Furthermore, our systems are suitable for application on damp concrete. This allows a project to continue under conditions that would be unfavourable for traditional systems.
